Griffin C. Klema

Profile: Attorney Griffin C. Klema

I bring wide ranging experience to bear on my client's legal matters, contributing scientific, business, and legal knowledge rarely found in a single advisor. Few other attorneys can provide the depth of insight critical to delivering efficient legal services and ensuring long-term success for clients.

I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 2012, cum laude. During my studies, I was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and the International and Comparative Law Review. I also served as a Dean’s Fellow in writing, assisting professors and other law students with their written work product. Prior to my legal career, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin in 2005. I then worked as a Market Analyst for the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) for four years, where I helped assess, value, and license patented technologies developed at the University of Wisconsin.

Following my initial career in technology transfer, in my legal career I have built a reputation among clients and other attorneys as someone with passion for technical expertise and drive for excellence in my practice.

I am a registered patent attorney, and I also volunteer some of my time as a pro bono attorney in Federal Court.
